| Returns: Success = 1 means successfully sent, 0 means an error occured |
MidiOutShortMsg sends a user specified Midi message to the specified port. The message is encoded in an Integer value. The function returns 1 if the message was successfully send, or else 0 if an error occured. In the event of an error, the error code can be retrieved with GetLastMidiOutError(). |
